Hyderabad: Animal Husbandry Minister T Srinivas Yadav said the State government is intending to present 150 mobile fish outlets, one each in the 150 divisions of GHMC, soon.
Every mobile outlet will cost about Rs 10 lakh, of which Rs 6 lakh will be offered as endowment by the State government and the equilibrium must be borne by the recipient.
The outlet will be worked by ladies self improvement gatherings comprising three to five ladies from various families. In the event that there is more than one application from a particular division, the distribution would be made through a draw of parcels, he said.
These
outlets will enable the administrators to offer live fish during the morning hours and utilize the equivalent to offer various assortments of fish curries to fish sweethearts. The last date for submitting applications is November 10 and the draw of parcels for distinguishing the recipients will be directed on November 16 or 17, the Minister said.
The State government is advancing fish creation for a huge scope and this year, 80 crore fish seedlings are to be delivered in all the water tanks and repositories over the State. With the arrival of 80 crore fish seedlings, the fisheries division is anticipating that the fish production should be about 3.40 lakh tons, Yadav added.
