As per the IMD, under the influence of the cyclonic circulation over northwest and adjoining central Bay of Bengal, a low pressure area has been formed over the Bay of Bengal off West Bengal-Odisha coasts. The associated cyclonic circulation extends 7.6 km above mean sea level. It is likely to move across north Odisha and south Jharkhand during the next two days.

receive light to moderate rain or thundershower at many places.
