Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address two public meetings on March 29 and April 1 in TS. While the first meeting will be held in Mahbubnagar on March 29 at 3.30 pm, the second one will be at L B Stadium at 5.30 pm on April 1.
“Detailed schedule of Modi’s visit is expected in the next couple of days. BJP national president Amit Shah’s tour will also be finalised soon,” G Premender Reddy, BJP state general secretary told.
Modi had addressed public meetings in Mahbubnagar and LB Stadium during the assembly polls held in December. The BJP state leaders are planning to organise another public meeting in one of the
northern Telangana districts like Karimnagar in the first week of April.
Meanwhile, BJP state president K Laxman said people were ready to teach KCR a lesson. He said the BJP has fielded candidates who would serve their constituency and nation. “TRS is dreaming of winning 16 seats, but will be wiped out,” Laxman told media after attending a nomination filing programme by BJP Secunderabad candidate G Kishan Reddy. Former union minister Bandaru Dattatreya said people wanting development would prefer BJP. Kishan Reddy said KCR cannot become PM even if he wins 16 Lok Sabha seats in the state.
