MP Kavitha's twitter campaign for helmets

Nizamabad MP K Kavitha, who had started the campaign called ‘Sisters 4 Change’ urging sisters to gift their brothers a helmet along with ‘Rakhi’ on Rakshabandhan, is getting support from a cross section of people. Apart from the support of the political parties cutting across the party lines, the TRS MP was getting support from the sports personalities. The social media had overwhelmingly supported the cause initiated by Kavitha.

Raj have pledged their support to the cause. Similarly, the political parties too have supported the cause by appreciating the efforts of Kavitha. Assam MP Gaurav Gogoi, Congress MP Jyotiraditya Schindia and BJP MP Ramesh Pokhriyal have appreciated Kavitha for the initiative.

The TRS MP had started an online campaign on social media. “Anguished by the number of 2-wheeler accidents, I would like to make a serious effort 2 save some lives. Join me #Sisters4Change and #GiftAHelmet,” said Kavitha in her twitter handle @RaoKavitha.
