Musi oustees protest at Hyderabad Collector office

The wrath of the victims of the Musi River Development Project reached Hyderabad district collector office on Monday, as hundreds of the oustees travelled from their homes to the collector office at Lakdikapul and staged a massive protest.

Holding



placards in hands and shouting anti-government slogans, the protestors demanded that the State government revisit its plan and do justice to them. The district administration reportedly tried to convince them to move to 2BHK houses allocated to them far away from the city.
