Nampally police register case against Saint Yati Narsinganand in Hyderabad

The Nampally police registered a case against Ghaziabad-based Saint Yati Narsinganand for allegedly making blasphemous remarks against Prophet Mohammed during a program.

The case was booked under Section 196(1), 299, 351(2), 352 of BNS. Congress leader



Mohammed Perwaiz Khan alias Rashed Khan had made a complaint on Friday.

Protests broke out at several places in the city since Friday evening after a video clip of Yati Narsinganand making the derogatory and blasphemous comments went viral on social media platforms.
