National Unani day on Feb 11

The Central Council for Research for Unani Medicine will observe the first National Unani Day on the birth anniversary of noted Unani researcher Hakim Ajmal Khan at the Central Research Institute of Unani Medicine (CRIUM) here on February 11.

Wednesday. He said that Shripad Yasso Naik, Union Minister for AYUSH, will inaugurate the event in the presence of Deputy Chief Minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali and Health Minister C Lakshma Reddy. The Centre will also organise a two-day national seminar on ‘Skin Diseases and Cosmetology in Unani Medicine’, he said.
