New Voters to get ID cards on January 25

Voter ID cards will be distributed on January 25 on National Voters Day. The summary revision of enrolment of new voters was taken up for those who have attained the age of 18 years with reference date being January 1. 2022. Following instructions from the chief electoral officer Shashank Goel, the



administration in various districts is gearing up for issuing the EPIC cards. 

According to officials, a voter kit will also be given, which includes a personal letters voter guide, a pledge and the EPIC.
