Nizamia Tibbi college observes National Unani Day

The Government Nizamia Tibbi college and Nizamia General Hospital at Charminar and department of AYUSH, Telangana will host celebrations of the first National Unani Day from February 5 to 11.

The day marks the birth centenary of Hakim Ajmal Khan, a noted freedom



fighter, renowned Unani medical practitioner and educationalist born on February 11, 1858. Over the next one week, free Unani medical camps, marathon run, exhibition, scientific seminars, poster presentation and competitions for medical students will be organized.
