No need to panic on diseases: Lakshma Reddy

Health Minister Dr C Lakshma Reddy yesterday informed people that there is no need to be panic of possible spread of seasonal and viral diseases as the government is ready with adequate medicines and diagnostic kits in all districts. He directed the officials to be ready to take on the diseases.

The Minister said that the people can remain healthy and keep at bay by keeping their homes and surroundings clean. Our focus is on agency areas with quality drugs, medicines and kits to diagnose



health problems he said. Primary level diagnosis will help prevent major problem in future and the people should take remedial measures by consuming healthy food and waters he said. The government has prepared all medicines and diagnostic kits in all districts and there is no need of panic among people. He instructed the officials concerned and doctors and also staff to coordinate to check the spread of viral and seasonal diseases and create awareness among people in agency areas.
