Karimnagar: The State government will issue notifications for filling over 80,000 vacant posts in the next six to nine months, Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister K T Rama Rao announced on Thursday.
Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao had announced in the recent Budget session of the State legislature that the government would take up a massive recruitment drive
to fill vacancies in various government departments. Rama Rao’s announcement now gives a timeline for the exercise.
The Minister, stating that the TRS government was giving priority to education, said the government has decided to develop 26,000 schools at a cost of Rs 7,300 crore under Mana Ooru – Mana Badi scheme.
