Nowhera Shaik brought to Hyderabad

The Economic Offences Wing (EOM) of the Cyberabad police brought Heera Group of Companies founder Nowhera Shaik to Hyderabad in connection with pending cases related to a Ponzi scheme.

She was produced before the Ranga Reddy district court in L. B. Nagar after a health check-up in a government hospital.

 

She was in



judicial custody after the AP Crime Investigation Department (CID) nabbed her at her native place in Chittoor for duping customers in the name of Ponzi schemes.

Four more cases were pending against her in the city. The Central Crime Station (CCS) earlier booked a case against her and arrested her.
