Telangana Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) here on Thursday caught Esapalli Naveen Kumar, a Panchayath Secretary of Nandipet Mandal in Nizamabad district, red handed when he allegedly demanded and accepted a bribe of Rs.8,000 at his office from a complainant for doing an official



favour. 

Kumar allegedly demanded a bribe to upload the new house number of the complainant online. The tainted bribe amount was recovered from the possession of Kumar. His trouser and right hand fingers and the contact portion of the trouser tested positive.
