'Petex India' to be held in Hyderabad on Nov 11

More than 500 dogs of 60 plus breeds and nearly 100 cats of various breeds apart, live display of exotic birds and fish and aquaria will be part of the Petex India 2017 to be held at Hitex in the city on November 11 and 12. Also, for the first time in the country, mondioring sports, considered one of the most difficult dog sport involving series of exercises, is to be demonstrated at the event.

Speaking to press persons here on Wednesday,



Srinivas Kavali of Hitex said it will be the biggest dog show in the country aimed at bringing together pet owners, pet care products, pet food and pet accessories and involving more than 200 exhibitors. Dr. Subhash Babu, president of Hyderabad Canine Club, the panel of judges will have four international judges Berly Hession and Jean Butterfiled from Australia, Donne Lucas from South Africa, Olga Timofeeva from Russia apart from Mathew Prakash Butt.
