Philippines flight makes emergency landing at Hyderabad

A Philippine Airlines flight bound to Manila from Riyadh made an emergency landing at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Shamshabad early on Friday after a woman passenger developed health problems.

Minutes after the passenger complained of breathing problem, the crew



contacted the Air Traffic Controller at the Shamshabad airport and made an emergency landing at 2.20 am.

The woman rushed to the Apollo Medical Centre at the airport. After treatment, the woman left in the same flight to Manila around 5.30 am.
