Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao’s suggestions to control the spread of pandemic across the country came in for appreciation from Prime Minister Narendra Modi here on Sunday.
“You made some valuable suggestions. We will definitely put them into practice,” the Prime Minister told the Chief Minister who spoke to Modi and Union Health Minister Harshavardhan over telephone separately about the steps being taken by the State to contain the
Coronavirus.
The Chief Minister also made certain suggestions to the Centre on the steps to be taken to control the spread of the pandemic. He felt that by giving more control to the States, it would be possible to restrict the spread of Covid-19.
The Prime Minister responded positively on allocation of adequate quantity of oxygen and Remdesvir injections to Telangana State.
