PM Mudra Yojana camp at Peoples plaza on Oct 7

The financial inclusion camp as part of Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana will be held at Peoples plaza on October 7.

Speaking at a review meeting, chief secretary SP Singh has instructed the officials concerned to make arrangements and informed that finance minister Etela Rajender and Union minister Sujana Chowdary would attend the program.He asked officials and lead bankers to constitute a special committee for mela to make it a successful event.

asked for better publicity and effective coordination among officials and bankers and directed them to speed up transactions of loan disbursal among the beneficiaries.

“We need to make efforts to avoid lapses and make Telangana number one state in terms of giving loans to more number of people. BHIM app, bank stalls, traders and merchants associations should put in collective effort to conduct mela successfully ,“ SP Singh said.

About 5,000 persons are expected to participate and 40 stalls would be set up at the mela.
