Police raids lodge at Nampally

The central zone task force along with Nampally police raided a lodge that was converted into a brothel late night on Saturday, arrested two persons and rescued two girls. A release said sub-inspector S. Sai Kiran and head constable Sarala Devi led a team to the hotel and busted the racket.

The police arrested the organiser Salahuddin and a customer. The girls



victims were sent to a women;s home, police said. Salahuddin had been running the from 2020 and was attracting customers through an online portal.

Police handed over the duo to the Nampally police for further investigation and booked a case under the Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act against Salahuddin.
