Power House Taekwondo Academy in Nalanda Nagar conducted its first colour belt grading examination on March 9, which was presided by A Kishore Kumar, the vice-president, TTA, Chief Examiner and technical committee member of Telangana Taekwondo Association.
Attended by around 70 students, the participants were required to
display their strength and endurance through tests in a variety of combinations in punches, kicks, attacks and defence skills.
The students were also tested in their skill set as per the World Taekwondo prescribed syllabus in Poomsae movements ranging between 16 to 24 combinations of various defensive and offensive techniques.
