Princess Esra Hospital feted for Arogyasri implementation

Princess Esra Hospital, a teaching hospital of the Owaisi Group of Hospitals and a unit of Deccan College of Medical Sciences (DCMS), was awarded a certificate of appreciation by the state government for effective medical assistance through the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana and Arogyasri scheme.

Anudeep Durishetty felicitated Dr. Aleemuddin Naveed, medical superintendent, Princess Esra hospital, with the certificate.

DCMS has treated 25,740 patients under Arogyasri scheme in the last three years. This is the second time that the Owaisi group of hospitals has been recognised for effective implementation of Arogyasri scheme.
