HYDERABAD: A private school director was suspected to have been kidnapped by unidentified persons from Nacharam on Wednesday night.
The victim, Susheel Kumar, 30, is director of Pallavi Model School at Boduppal. At 7 pm on Wednesday, Susheel war returning home at Tarnaka from the school. As Susheel did not return home till late in the night, his worried parents called on his cell phone and found it was switched off.
The family found Susheel's Volkswagen sedan abandoned on Road Number10,
Nacharam on Thursday morning and approached the Medipally police.
"We found two monkey caps near the car. There were no CCTV cameras at the crime scene," Medipally inspector K Jagannath Reddy said.
The analysis of victim's cell phone data revealed that the last call received by him was at the school before 7 pm.
"Parents said that Susheel did not have any enemies. We are trying our best to locate him," the inspector said. A case was registered under IPC section 363 (kidnapping)
