Medak: Vigilance officials and Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) sleuths have reached Atchampet village in Ramayampet Mandal of Medak district to conduct a detailed enquiry on the land grabbing allegations against senior TRS leader and Health Minister Etela Rajendar on Friday morning.
As a group of farmers from Atchampet and Hakimpet villages in Ramayampet have approached the Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao accusing the Health Minister of taking their lands forcibly, the Chief Minister has
ordered Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar to carry out an immediate enquiry on Thursday evening.
Following this, the Vigilance and ACB officials have reached Atchampet. While accepting complaints from the farmers of both these villages, they have interacted with them and visited the lands which were allegedly taken by the Health Minister. The officials are expected to inform the details of their enquiry by Friday evening to the media.
