Radhakrishnan new CJ of Hyderabad High Court

The government on Wednesday cleared the appointment of chief justices to Hyderabad High Court and Chhattisgarh HC. Accepting a long pending collegium recommendation, the government transferred Chhattisgarh HC CJ Thottathil B



Radhakrishnan to Hyderabad HC. The Centre also cleared the appointment of Justice A K Tripathi, a judge of Patna HC, as the CJ of Chhattisgarh HC. The President is expected to issue warrants of appointment on Thursday.
