Rain affected railway tracks of 4 locations in Telangana restored

In Telangana, the railway tracks at four locations in the rain-affected Mahabubabad district have been restored. The railway authorities told Akashvani that train services between Vijayawada and Hyderabad have been resumed after four days.

Following the completion of these repairs, trains are now operating on this route. The



officials said that the restoration work on the track between Intakanne and Kesamudram is underway and expected to be completed very soon. Heavy rains and floods had damaged the track at five locations and disrupted rail traffic on the main track, resulting in the cancellation of about 500 trains over the last four days.
