Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy will begin his district tour programme on Tuesday with the visit to Mahbubnagar. The tour is aimed at monitoring the implementation of government schemes and interacting with people and local officials. He will also participate in regular party activities to strengthen the Congress at the grassroots level. According to the tour schedule designed by the Chief Minister's Office (CMO), the Chief Minister would start from Begumpet Airport at 12 noon and reach Mahbubnagar at 12.45 pm. Between 12.45 and 1 pm, the Chief Minister will participate in a plantation drive at the Integrated District Offices Complex (IDOC) and meet key personalities from the undivided Mahbubnagar district.
At 1 pm, he will inaugurate the Mahila Sakthi Canteen and lay foundation stones for various development
works.
Between 1.15 pm and 4.45 pm, Revanth Reddy will conduct a review meeting with district officials and public representatives at IDOC, Mahbubnagar. He will meet party leaders, public representatives, and former public representatives at ASN Convention Hall, Bhutpur Road from 5 pm to 5.45 pm and return from Mahbubnagar at 6 pm.
Sources said the Chief Minister has already discussed with senior IAS officers and designed a plan for his regular tour schedule for districts. The senior officials in Hyderabad got in touch with the respective district collectors and superintendents of police (SPs). The District Congress leaders, including the village-level activists, have also been informed about the Chief Minister's programmes for their participation.
