PCC chief A. Revanth Reddy asked why there was less representation for SC legislators in the Cabinet, which was in stark contrast to four ministers from his own caste.

Addressing a Nirudyoga Nirasana Rally in Mahbubnagar, Revanth Reddy asked, why Rao had failed to offer a ministry to the Madiga community. "KCR who claims to be adhering to the ideology of Ambedkar does not have the right to even touch the statue of the great soul. His claims do not reflect in practice when it comes to giving proper representation of Dalits. There are four from his caste alone.

How many are from the Mala and Madiga castes in the Cabinet? The Madiga community does not have representation and you assume that coming up with Dr Ambedkar's name will compensate for their absence and they will keep quiet," he asked.

Ridiculing the statements of Rao, who expressed gratitude to Dr Ambedkar, stating that the Constitution had provided him a chance to become CM, the PCC chief felt that after Rao came to power he employed his family in top posts, but commoners still continue to face hardships. "What about the 30 lakh unemployed youth ? Why are they still unemployed," he asked.

Revanth Reddy reminded the locals how Rao had allegedly duped the people

of the erstwhile district of Mahbubnagar continuously, ever since he became MP in 2009. "It was Congress which stirred the conscience about Telangana in 2000 in Wanaparthy. Later KCR with the intention of cashing in formed TRS in 2001. When he failed to get the much needed attention he roped in Congress and Jana Reddy led JAC was formed, with Kodandaram as its Chairman. There is no history of KCR or his family making sacrifices for Telangana," he pointed out

Revanth Reddy, a former Kodangal MLA, while referring to how projects which would have supported erstwhile Mahbubnagar were abandoned and funds were pumped to projects at Siddipet, Gajwel and Sircilla, alleged that this apathetic attitude has prompted more than 10 lakh people from the district to migrate to other places. He reiterated that the vacancies in government departments have only gone up from 1.07 lakh to 2 lakh.

"After Congress highlighted the issue, the government came up with a promise of 80,000 vacancies, but you have seen how the TSPSC scam unfolded. Do you still think that the party which does not even hold SSC, Inter and TSPSC exams properly has the right to remain in power. Is this the Telangana model you want," he asked.
