Alleging irregularities in the e-auction of Kokapet lands, TPCC president A Revanth Reddy submitted a memorandum to Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in New Delhi demanding a thorough probe into the auction.

Alleging that there were irregularities in the e-auction of Kokapet and Khanamet plots, the TPCC president said the State Government suffered a loss of about Rs.1,000 crore.

On behalf of



the Congress, a memorandum was submitted to the CBI chief demanding a probe into the auction. In the written complaint, action was sought against the Government officers involved in the auction, he said while addressing the media in New Delhi. There was a provision in the law for CBI to conduct a probe against IAS officers and government agencies, if they were involved in any irregularities, he said.
