Revanth Welcomes Ex-Cong DCC Prez into Party Fold

Former Bhuvanagiri district Congress president Kumbam Anil Kumar Reddy who had switched over to the BRS recently rejoined the Congress on Monday. He was welcomed by TPCC president A. Revanth Reddy.

Revanth Reddy said, "Anil Kumar has been associated with the party through thick and thin and stood by the activists. He had successfully conducted all programmes listed by the TPCC. Small disturbances are common in a big



family like the Congress."

Surveys held by the Congress had indicated that Anil Kumar Reddy had to be roped back into the party. He was welcomed into the party under the instructions of the AICC, the TPCC chief said. "Anil came back into the party fold owing to pressure from the cadre. The party will stand by him and give him requisite place," Revanth Reddy added.
