RMC predicts thunderstorm till July 5

The Regional Meteorological Centre (RMC) issued a weather warning for the State, cautioning of thunderstorms accompanied with lightning in all districts till July 3.

In the city meanwhile, the RMC’s weather forecast says there will cloudy skies with one or two spells of rains or thundershowers till July 5. RMC officials attributed



the prevailing weather conditions to a cyclonic circulation over south coastal Andhra Pradesh.

The monsoon has seen Hyderabad recording a rainfall of 189.2 mm so far against a normal rainfall of 103.4 mm, while Rangareddy and Medchal Malkajgiri have received 137.9 mm and 158.3 mm respectively.
