To clear extra rush of passengers during summer season, South Central Railway is running 34 special trains between Hyderabad – Kochuveli and Hyderabad – Ernakulam. Hyderabad – Kochuveli Special Train will depart Hyderabad at 9 pm and arrive/ depart Secunderabad at 9.30 pm/ 9.40 pm on March 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, April 6, 13, 20 and 27 (Saturdays) and arrive Kochuveli at 3.20 am on Mondays.

In the return direction, Kochuveli – Hyderabad Special Train will depart Kochuveli at 7.45 pm on March 4, 11, 18, 25, April 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29 (Mondays) and arrive/ depart Secunderabad at 1.25 pm/1.30 pm on the next day and arrive Hyderabad at 2 pm. Enroute, these special trains will also stop at Nalgonda, Piduguralla, Guntur, Tenali, Ongole, Nellore, Gudur, Renigunta, Tirupati, Chittoor, Katpadi, Ambur, Vaniyambadi, Jolarpettai, Salem, Erode, Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Palghat, Ottapalam, Thrisur, Aluva, Ernakulam Town,



Kottayam, Tiruvalla, Chengannur, Kayankulam and Kollam in both the directions.

The Hyderabad – Ernakulam Special Train will depart Hyderabad at 12.50 noon and arrive/ depart Secunderabad at 1.15 pm/1.20 pm on March 6, 13, 20, 27, April 3, 10, 17 and 24 (Wednesdays) and arrive Ernakulam at 5.30 pm on Thursdays. In the return direction, Ernakulam – Hyderabad Special Train will depart Ernakulam at 9.45 pm on March 7, 14, 21, 28, April 4, 11, 18 and 25 (Thursdays) and arrive/ depart Secunderabad at 10.20 pm/10.25 pm on the next day and arrive Hyderabad at 10.55 pm.

Enroute, these special trains will also stop at Nalgonda, Piduguralla, Guntur, Tenali, Ongole, Nellore, Gudur, Renigunta, Tirupati, Chittoor, Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Salem, Erode, Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Palghat, Ottapalam, Thirsur and Aluva in both the directions.
