Telangana state chief secretary S.K. Joshi on Tuesday reviewed the preparations for the International Kite and Sweet Festival to be held from January 13 to 15. He told the officials that the festival should be conducted in such a way that it reflects on the city’s brand image.
As many as 50 experts from around 20 countries will take part in
the event to fly kites at the event. Besides, around 1,000 varieties of sweets from several states in the country will be showcased.
The chief secretary said that women volunteers should don attires that represents their culture and tradition. Heads from various departments attended the meeting.
