State government released a Government Order hiking the stipend of Senior Residents

The State government on Thursday has released a Government Order (GO MS No 89) hiking the stipend of Senior Residents working in the government teaching hospitals by 15 per cent.

Accordingly, the present stipend of Rs.70,000 per month has been



increased to Rs. 80,500 per month for nearly 1,500 Senior Residents in government teaching hospitals. The 15 per cent hike in stipend will be implemented with effect from January 1, 2021, the GO released by Secretary, Health, SAM Rizvi said.
