Tuesday night, four-year-old Rishi was bitten by a pack of stray dogs in Chaitanyapuri's Maruthinagar colony while playing near his home; another toddler was attacked by a stray dog outside his home in Rajendranagar's Yerraboda.
Veterinary doctors and canine trainers explain the reason why kids are soft targets for stray dogs. "Dogs are members of the wolf family, and each dog herd has an alpha male who dominates other dogs.
