A two-judge bench of the High Court at Hyderabad comprising Justice V Ramasubramanian and Justice Anis on Friday ruled that students who had got admission into ‘B’ category management seats in first phase of counselling would have to be permitted to choose the seats offered in second phase of counselling.
The bench made the order in a batch of writ

pleas filed by multiple students from AP and Telangana States, stating that they were admitted in management quota ‘B’ category seats in first phase of counselling conducted by the Private College Managements association.
Now new colleges were permitted by Medical Council of India and there are ‘B’ category seats in these colleges.
