Sunday Funday: An evening filled with fun, frolic and food at two different venues in the city

Fun and frolic marked the Sunday evening for Hyderabadis at two different venues in the city. The immensely popular ‘Sunday Funday’ at Tank Bund drew impressive crowds on a cloudy and breezy evening with a series of events lined up for all age groups. As families thronged for a tryst with fun and festivities, the wide and open bund road turned into a beehive of colorful activity.

If some took a stroll along the road stretch, some settled for a



tasty bite at food stalls that offered a wide and varied items. Balloon sellers were there, and so were stalls selling knick knacks.

The iconic Charminar too hosted its own edition of Ek Shaam, Charminar ke Naam with a host of events. Right from evening, visitors thronged the place for a slice of fun-filled evening. The vehicular movement was accordingly restricted allowing the pedestrians to roam around savouring the charm of old city.
