A home support focus group for children and families ‘NeuroNurture’, to bridge the gap between clinical therapy and home environment, was launched in Hyderabad. The free home support initiative, taken-up by Ananya Child Development and Early Intervention Clinic in collaboration with Sian Wilson, a UK based paediatric
occupational therapist, will support parents of children with special needs.
The focus group will deal with child-centred approach combining evidence-based therapies with understanding of each child’s unique needs and provide a personalized roadmap to support child’s growth and potential, a press release said.
