Swachh Survekshan 2019 from Jan 4

Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) Commissioner M Dana Kishore said Swachh Survekshan 2019 was scheduled to be conducted from January 4 to March 31.

Compared with 2018, there would be a lot of changes in Swachh Survekshan next year. Works and ongoing process of Swachh Survekshan would start from September 15. He



asked officials of the GHMC and educational departments to play a vital role for achieving a good position in the 2019 rankings.

The Commissioner said that last year more than 4,000 municipal corporation and urban local bodies in the country had participated and this year, over 5,000 were expected to participate.
