The  Telangana State government has requested  the Supreme Court two weeks time in regard to the then APPSC’s Group-I case to express its opinion on it. On the other hand, the Andhra Pradesh state has expressed its willingness to conduct examination for the candidates in Andhra Pradesh quota. The Supreme Court conducted trail on Monday. The Bench comprising Justice Anil R Dawe, Justice Uday Kumar Goel has heard the arguments and posted the case for

, to listen detailed arguments.

It may be recalled that the candidates had approached the Court complaining that there were mistakes in six questions in the in the then APPSC Group-I examination paper (2011). Responding on it in 2013, the Supreme Court has directed the APPSC to conduct examination again to the candidates, who qualified in the mains examination. The candidates have filed a Contempt of Court petition against APPSC as it failed to implement the Court directions.
