'Target 60 days' program launches by Hyderabad Traffic Police

Hyderabad Traffic Police launched “Target 60 days” program for creating awareness to follow traffic rules. The police proposes to highlight traffic rules during the next 60 days. For this purpose, additional staff is being recruited for posting them at important traffic junctions. These persons will inform the commuters about traffic violations. During this period, no fines would be



imposed for any violation of traffic rules.

They will put this question to the commuters, “Don’t you know that traffic violations are crimes?” They would record the responses of the commuters and the same would be uploaded on the official website of the police. This additional staff will start counselling to the pedestrians also.
