Telangana Assembly adjourned sine die

The budget session of the Assembly and Council were adjourned sine die on Monday after the unanimous approval of the Appropriation Bill-2017.

A total of five bills were passed during the budget session including the historic SC/ST special development fund Bill. Disclosing the details, Council Chairman K Swami



Goud said the House functioned for nine days and discussed various issues. The House sat for a total of 34.33 hours during the whole budget session.

Assembly speaker S Madhusudhana Chary said the House functioned for 14 days and discussed 72.32 hours on various issues besides approving five Bills.
