Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister and TRS chief K. Chandrashekar Rao lashed out at PM Narendra Modi with severe criticism claiming that he has a 'Hindu-Muslim disease'. This comes after his jibe at BJP and Congress where he said that they are 'brothers' who can't be trusted.
Ahead of Telangana polls, Chief Minister KCR had promised a 12 percent reservation to the Muslims in the state. However, he failed to get a green signal from the Centre due to which he cannot go ahead with it.
Slamming the Centre over this delay, KCR said that he had written several letters to Prime Minister Narendra Modi but he didn't respond. He further said that PM Modi is 'obsessed' with the debate surrounding the topics of Hindus and Muslims.
"I have written 30 letters and handed them over to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. But
he has the 'Hindu-Muslim' disease," KCR said. The Telangana Chief Minister also launched a personal attack on PM Narendra Modi claiming that he doesn't have the "heart" to treat everyone equally.
"He doesn't have the heart to treat everyone equally. The PM lacks compassion. We will form federal government and we will force the central government to bend before us and give us our rights," the CM warned.
Earlier today, Congress leader Navjot Singh Sidhu also launched a scathing attack at PM Modi claiming that the 'Modi wave' of 2014 has now become a 'catastrophe, poison' for the people of the country. He also said that PM Modi is a "puppet of capitalists". "The prime minister is a 'kathputli' of the capitalists and he lies. If a farmer fails to repay a loan of Rs one lakh, the government beats drums," Sidhu said on Tuesday.
