Top officials in the Irrigation Department said the discussion on irrigation projects would be spread over two days.
The Minister would initiate the debate and the Chief minister would wind up the discussion by placing all the details on the status of the each project in the House. The agreements entered with Maharastra government on the

construction of Tummidihatti, Medigadda and Chanaka Korata inter -state projects and the status of prestigious Kaleswaram and   Palamuru- Ranga Reddy project  would also be explained during the debate.
The Chief Minister, it may be recalled, had created a record by making a PowerPoint presentation on irrigation projects in the Assembly on March 31 this year and also  unveiled his vision to create one crore acres of ayucut by completing all pending projects through redesigning and reengineering.KCR also would like to make the government stand clear on every welfare scheme launched for BC, SC, ST and Minority communities and other weaker sections like toddy tappers and fishermen.
