Telangana Cabinet to meet today at 5 pm

State Cabinet is scheduled to meet on Wednesday to give approval for the 2018-19 annual financial statement (Budget) for Telangana.

The meeting will be held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao at 5 pm. Besides approving the Budget,



the Cabinet is also expected to give its nod for certain Bills such as the one to bring about amendments to the existing Panchayat Raj and Municipal Act.

Finance Minister Etela Rajender will introduce the annual Budget on March 15.
