Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has extended greetings to people in the State on the eve of Sri Rama Navami festival.

He said the State Government was conducting the annual mega religious festival – Sri Sitarama Kalyana Mahotsavam on a grand scale at Lord Sri Rama temple in Bhadrachalam.

The Chief Minister commended Lord Sita Rama Chandra for being the most adorable God



for Indians and also sacrificed his life to protect dharma and adhere strictly to “Dharmo Rakshati Rakshitaha”.

He said that the Lord Rama couple was a role model to the future generations and their sacrifices for the wellbeing of the society will be remembered forever. He prayed to Lord Ram and Goddess Sita to shower their blessings on the people in the State and help them lead comfortable lives.
