Information Technology Minister, K Taraka Rama Rao informed that as promised earlier, state government was taking all possible measures to develop Karimnagar in all fronts.
Speaking in thanks giving meeting arranged by the local MLA Gangula Kamalakar for sanctioning IT tower for Karimnagar town at collectorate here on Tuesday, KTR opined that though the sanction of IT tower was delayed, it would be taken forward in a big way.
So far, Rs 20 crore was sanctioned for IT tower and they would visit America and invite companies to invest in the tower. Assuring to sanction knowledge center for the district, minister said industrial park would also be established to provide employment to unemployed youths.

Minister K Chandrashekahar Rao would develop Karimnagar a beautiful town then that of other cities, he said Karimnagar town was looking beautiful amid the focus of LED lights. Karimnagar would become open defecation free town in the coming days.
Later, KTR along with Finance and Civil Supplies Minister Etela Rajender conducted a review meeting with officials on municipal administration. Speaking on the occasion, he said as part of swach Telangana, auto trailers would be supplied to collect garbage in the town.
Stating that steps have been taken to develop municipalities in the state, he said that a lot of changes were taken place in municipal administration. and measures have been taken to supply water 24×7.
