Telangana Governor Jishnu Dev Varma hoists the National Flag at Raj Bhavan

Governor Jishnu Dev Varma led the 78th Independence Day celebrations, hoisted the National Flag at the historic Durbar Hall in Raj Bhavan. In his address, the Governor reflected on India’s journey since independence and emphasised the significance of unity



and rapid development for both the country and Telangana state.

He also laid a wreath at the Veerula Sainik Smarak at the Army Parade Ground in Secunderabad, honouring the martyrs.
