Telangana Govt extends post- matric scholarship registration deadline to May 31

The State government on Wednesday extended the last date for registrations for sanction of fresh and renewal of post-matric scholarships for the academic year 2024-25 up to May 31. Earlier, the last date to apply was March 31. Students and colleges must register for the scholarships via the website

In a press statement, Principal Secretary to Government (SC Development department), N Sridhar said 10,34,074 applications were registered as against the target of 11,88,120 applications.Still a total of 1,54,046 applications under the post-matric scholarships have to be registered, he said,
