Telangana govt gives nod to build 2BHK flats

The municipal administration and urban development ministry body on Tuesday gave administrative sanction to spend nearly Rs 1,300 crore to build 15,519 2BHK dwelling units. The GHMC will pay an additional Rs 96 crore.

The units will be



of ground-plus-three floors; stilt-plus-five floors and nine-floor structures in 32 locations in the GHMC area. The government said the GHMC commissioner would break up the project into suitable packages while calling for tenders.
