Hyderabad: The Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Central Spectrum (M) Sdn Bhd (CSSB) situated at Selangor in Malaysia. CSSB is the master developer of Selangor Bio Bay, a mixed development project located in Pulau Indah, Selangor, Malaysia.
The CSSB and TSIIC have collaborated to promote, facilitate and support research in the field of life sciences, biotechnology, healthcare and medical devices. As part of the partnership, both the parties will jointly market and promote State of Telangana and Selangor Bio Bay
as possible hubs for companies in the field of lifesciences, medical devices, healthcare and biotechnology, especially in the areas of preclinical and clinical research, pharmaceutical regulations, device development, manufacturing practices, commercialisation and other areas of mutual interest.
It will also help companies in the above-mentioned fields in setting up facilities in either Telangana or Selangor Bio Bay. The MoU will be valid for two years and was exchanged by Dato Mahmud Abbas, CEO, CSSB and E V Narasimha Reddy, vice chairman and managing director, TSIIC.
