Hyderabad: In mid-March the Telangana Government will present it budget 2018-19, and before finalizing the financial allocations the Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao will hold a meeting with all the departments.
The Finance Minister of Telangana, Etela Rajender told that “The Chief Minister issued us necessary guidelines, and the allocations will be made as per the State government’s priority or flagship programmes.”
The financial minister
also told that in 2017-18 budget, a total budget of Rs 1.49 lakh crore was presented in the State Legislative Assembly and the minister also told that the government has spent most of its revenues.
In addition to the allocation made from the Centrally Sponsored Schemes (CSS) in its latest budget for 2018-19, which will be introduced very soon, the Telangana government also sought RS 34,000 Crore from the central government.
